In the challenging demands of the COVID-19 virus, the CRC/TRR 205 has not missed to focus on its research in order to improve the knowledge about this virus. Excellence research work has been done under supervision of Prof. Bornstein, spokesperson of the CRC. Focus is the adrenal gland, especially the effect of the COVID-19 virus on the adrenal gland and HPA-stress axis.
